It meant to test your limits to scale higher benchmarks

As part of the Nitros Bootcamp Competition we were fortunate to have received an excellent coaching under the expert guidance of Kishore. We are mostly runners in our regular physical activity. The tough and High Intensive varied workouts will surely make you pant and sweat but also leave you with a feeling that you have bettered your best in the end. I would strongly recommend these as part of cross training for any individual who is desirous of increasing all round endurance and stamina. Thank you so much Kishore for all the hard work youve put in with us. We hope to not let you down in the competition.

With 3 surgery on my Right knee..having approached 3 physio, who were more focussed on making money but no result, finally decided to take a last chance with the help of my brother bharat and met the trainer Raj kishore at lite weight boot camp, with one month of class could feel a great difference in my movement and flexibility today with confidence improved to greater heights, the best part is you eat what you like but you will still definately reduce, great trainung by Raj..thank you..i definately recommemd and give 5star rating..
