Special Kids Bootcamp is a structured environment for children; we provide the structure and enforce proper forms of discipline. Bootcamps are managed by a trained and experienced staff.
Bootcamp Physical discipline teaches them how they can use their bodies and their strengths to be healthy. Special Kids Bootcamps have various forms of plyometric, squat thrusts, speed training with sprints, core strength, team competitions, partner exercises, obstacle courses, cool down, stretching and interval training with little rest between exercises. These outdoor fitness bootcamp classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. These special fitness bootcamp classes get fast results and create asupportive and motivational community of like-minded kids.
One underlying component of Lite Weight Special Kids Fitness bootcamp is creating a spirit of teamwork and group support and cohesion; we conduct specialised bootcamp class and have a specific fitness goal.
